The World War II inspired US Army range, consists of a pair of regular straight cut “Made in SF – K-1” khakis of Cramerton Heavy Twill, harking back to the soldiers uniforms in the South Pacific and Far East. Design details such as re-enforced belt loops, one button back pocket and zinc bronze metal button fly, brings these vintage inspired classics to life.
The “Made in SF - Dead Stock” cotton tees complement the ‘40s style khakis perfectly, one being block colour of off white, and the other commemorating the victory at the Battle of Eniwetok with a black graphic print depicting the stars and striped flag between two palm trees.
Want to take a look? The Dockers range is available now and each piece comes complete with an authentic limited edition green metal ammunition box reminiscent of the early ‘40s. Seen as an iconic and timeless era for minimal and utilitarian clothing, especially after being replicated in visual culture over the years such as the films South pacific and Peal Harbour.
What do you think readers? Can you see yourself wearing Dockers top-to-toe?
