Viva Beverages, a US based drinks company is launching a 59ml shot style energy drink in the UK. You should be able to get hold of ‘Quick Energy’ in independent retailers and they say it will be the speedy way to get your energy fix compared to products like red bull. Just don’t drink too many or you will be bouncing off the walls! Great news is sugar-free and contains antioxidant, amino acids and B-vitamins.

I tried it at the cycle show - its awesome, really works! I've been using instead of the energy gels every time I go out on a ride since then - its quite a strong taste but because its liquid its easier to diogest. Def recomend it.
