You may not have heard of SKINN yet but your skin wishes you had. The Australian range has been designed and developed by dermatologists who have the knowledge and experience to know what works for men's skin.
These products won't irritate and are multi-functional to make your skincare routine both simple and effective. Co-founder, Dr Nina Wines explains ''SKINN was born from a desire to develop great quality products that specifically address the needs and problems of men's skin such as razor irritation, dry scaly skin, ingrown hairs and premature aging''
Try the SKINN Fatigue Rescue cream which The Style PA has tested and can vouch for. Used overnight this heals and hydrates, restoring the skin's balance and easing the stresses of day to day life. This has a really subtle fragrance and quenches skin with its rich formula.
An area often neglected by men is the eye area, yet this is one of the first places to show signs of aging. Apply SKINN Eye Cream to combat puffiness, dark circles and wrinkles, perfect for anyone who stays up past their bedtime.
SKINN is available in the UK through Outline Skincare.

NO NO - Mantyhose Mean Men in Tights
'Mantyhose', pantyhose for men, is reportedly the latest male fashion trend. I am yet to be convinced especially as most men I know think that tights on women are an odd concept and would not be persuaded to wear them if they were paid.
This seems to follow 'manscara' and 'guyliner' and show how keen accessories designers are on getting men to spend more on products that have traditionally been seen as part of the woman's world. Male tights are designed to specifically fit a man's shape and sometimes even come with a convenient fly opening.
One fan Harisnya is so keen on male hosiery that he set up e-MANcipate, a website that aims to "accelerate the acceptance of male pantyhose as a regular clothing item". The site even gives tips on how to put on hosiery without ripping it. Other wearers say they have practical uses as well as being a fashion choice.
I still have distressing images in my mind of a female teacher who wore tights over her VERY hairy legs and that is enough to put me off men wearing them for life.
So is this ever going to catch on, would you wear them?

COMPETITION - Cowshed Grooming Goodies Worth £30

This time I have a give away for the guys. Your chance to get your hands on the soothing moisturiser and refining face scrub from the Cowshed Bullocks range worth £15 each. I have tested these out myself and just love the scrummy scent and fab results on the skin.
Bullocks Soothing Moisturiser for men restores hydration to the skin. With essential oils of grapefruit to stimulate circulation and palmarosa to hydrate, heal and tone. The soothing and healing properties of hemp seed oil maintain the skin's moisture levels without greasy effect. The smell of this moisturiser is yummy, you really get the fresh citrus through. I just love it!
Bullocks Refining Facial Scrub for men buffs away dead skin and surface grime to ensure a smooth, nick-free shave. It is also great for preventing ingrown hairs. With essential oils of chamomile to heal and cedarwood to balance the skin, the fine scrub really leaves skin feeling invigorated and smooth.
Cowshed products do not contain any parabens, petrochemicals or sulphates, nor any artificial fragrances or colours. They are also suitable for vegetarians and have not been tested on animals.

HOLIDAY - I'm off to Devon
The Style PA is having a week off! Much deserved I can tell you, work has been very busy and I will be glad of the change of scenery down in South Devon. I fully intend to get out into the countryside and do some sightseeing (perhaps some shopping too as it would be entirely rude not to).
The British weather is known for its unpredictability but this week has been gloriously sunny. Lets just hope that things stay that way or those rather unattractive pac-a-macs in the boot of my car may get their debut.
I will be taking lots of photos and should have plenty to talk about when I get back. Watch this space.

You can sign up for daily or weekly email notifications that are tailored to your requirements. Even better you only get shown items that are stocked in your size, so no more disappointment in finding the perfect product 3 sizes too small.

FORMAL - White is the New Black for Suits

Suitopia, Sweden’s online men’s suit tailor has brought white suits to the British shores. Apparently white is the new black!
The Esteban range offers differing shades of white to accommodate the different uses of a white suit. A groom may wish to shine next to his bride in a snow white suit. Or one less brave may prefer the softer eggshell hue. You might even like to sample the delights of the vanilla ice cream shade, off white in base with slightly raised stripes.
Just like a visit to a tailor, each suit is made to fit. However, at Suitopia, you enter your own measurements. If this sounds daunting, there are clear photos on the site to show you exactly where to start the tape-measure and where to stop it! To help you choose one of the lovely Italian fabrics, you can order samples and handy tape-measure.
One pair of trousers and matching jacket cost £165 in a standard fabric. This includes a choice of lining colours and embroidered initials (useful when trying to find your jacket when leaving the pub!). Click away and a new suit will arrive in 4-6 weeks.
Now I think that is a pretty good deal, although I might be tempted to opt for the more conventional colours. Could you carry off a white suit?
Check out www.suitopia.com for more info.
